Gingerbread recipe

Hi Dobcroft!
When I was in school last week, some of the Year 1s and 2s helped me make some gingerbread following a recipe. We weighed out the ingredients, mixed them altogether and after they'd been baked in the oven we each got to eat one or take one home for our brother or sister.
We thought they were delicious, so I've put the recipe below in case any of you want to try making some gingerbread at home too.
