Healthy Schools Rating

Hi all,

As part of our on-going work in promoting health and well-being and being active within school this year we are gathering information from children and parents about sports and activities that the children particpate in.

This involves us asking you as parents to complete a short survey online.  The information gathered is collected by Yorkshire Sport and will go towards giving our school a 'Healthy Schools Rating' - a new initative created by Yorkshire Sport to help schools see what we already do well, and what more we could be doing to promote a healthy and active lifestyle amoung our children.
